Shred Station receives Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2024

For a second year running, Shred Station has received a Platinum Trusted Service Award from the online review platform, Feefo!

Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014. They did this to recognise brands that deliver consistently excellent customer service. The awards are unique in that they are awarded by analysing feedback from real customers. Receiving the Platinum Trusted Service award a second year shows that customer service is at the heart of what we do.

Feefo awards the Platinum award to businesses that achieved the Gold Trusted Service Award three years running. To receive the Platinum award for a second year means we have maintained consistently excellent review scores for five years! Our current review score on Feefo is 4.9*/5 based on hundreds of reviews, showcasing our outstanding customer care.
