Shred Station Employee of the Month – September 2020

Our team of shredding experts is second-to-none, and we think it’s important to let our team know when they are doing a good job. Our peer-voted Employee of the Month award encourages positive feedback amongst team members and highlights the hard work that isn’t always visible to all staff. The person who receives the most nominations each month gets crowned Employee of the Month.

September 2020’s Employee of the Month is…

Danny is one of the fantastic drivers based at our Harlow depot. We are very pleased to see Danny win Employee of the Month as he receives regular praise, both from his colleagues and from so many of our customers! Whether he’s shredding on-site at a high-security building or collecting materials to be shredded and recycled off-site, Danny always gets the job done quickly and professionally.

Danny has been with us for five years now, having previously been at Brakes food distribution company. He is no stranger to life on the road, and since joining us he has continued to impress. Our Harlow management team can always rely on Danny, and every day sees a good day’s work accomplished.

In the five years he’s been at Shred Station, the company has grown enormously. Danny has been part of the growth from us having just a handful of shredding trucks and drivers, to what is now a fleet of over fifty specialist vehicles and operatives.

Without our team of drivers like Danny, nothing we do would be possible.

When our staff vote for their Employee of the Month nominee, we ask them to detail why they are voting. This allows us to collect as much positive feedback as possible to share with nominees.
