Alex Ager Norwich Office Administrator Employee of the Month – October 2020

October 2020’s Employee of the Month is…

Alex Ager!

Alex is relatively new to the Shred Station team, having joined us just two months ago in August 2020. Already, Alex has impressed her colleagues with her hard work, positive attitude and how quickly and easily she picked up all of our internal processes. Alex’s day-to-day duties include assisting our existing customers over the phone and email, helping our sales team and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences, and general administration.

Before joining our team, Alex worked at Mercedes Benz in Norwich, and so is no stranger to quality customer service. Her outstanding customer service abilities means that Alex is very well-liked by customers as well as her colleagues. Alex enjoys the busy working environment of our Norwich-based head office, and has already achieved and learned so much over the past two months.
