Our Employees of the Quarter – 2022 Q4
As 2022 ended, our employees were voting for their Employee of the Quarter nominees.
Each quarter in 2022, our staff members were given a chance to anonymously nominate four colleagues to receive our Employee of the Quarter award. Each winner gets chosen from a different area of the business and receives a gift voucher.
Our Employees of the Quarter for Q4 of 2022 are…
- Tom Pike – Harlow shredding depot.
- Clint Correy – Manchester shredding depot.
- Jon McMurray – Norwich shredding depot.
- Abbie Harding – All office-based and remote staff.

Tom Pike – Harlow shredding depot.
Tom is a driver’s mate based at our Harlow shredding facility. He accompanies our drivers to customer premises and collects their confidential materials for shredding. He also works as the direct line of communication between the driver and our head office in the event of any collection queries, receiving regular praise for his helpfulness. Here’s why they voted for him this quarter.

Clint Correy – Manchester shredding depot.
Clint is a driver based out of our Manchester shredding depot. Each day he drives to our customers’ sites, collecting and shredding confidential materials. Clint has impressed us all this month with his customer care which has resulted in lots of positive feedback from the sites he visited. Here’s why Clint’s colleagues voted for him.

Jon McMurray – Norwich shredding depot.
Jon works at our Norwich depot’s shredding warehouse. He keeps our warehouse tidy, ensures the constant influx of materials is shredded or baled appropriately and keeps our customers’ confidential information safe.
He received many votes the quarter, a handful of which are below.

Abbie Harding – Office and remote teams.
Abbie is a Customer Service Team Leader at our Norwich head office. Responding to customer queries and making sure our customers have the best experience possible, Abbie is very much appreciated both by customers and her colleagues.
